Hud • 123 Ayat • Mekah
وَمَا ظَلَمْنٰهُمْ وَلٰكِنْ ظَلَمُوْٓا اَنْفُسَهُمْ فَمَآ اَغْنَتْ عَنْهُمْ اٰلِهَتُهُمُ الَّتِيْ يَدْعُوْنَ مِنْ دُوْنِ اللّٰهِ مِنْ شَيْءٍ لَّمَّا جَاۤءَ اَمْرُ رَبِّكَۗ وَمَا زَادُوْهُمْ غَيْرَ تَتْبِيْبٍ
Wa mā ẓalamnāhum wa lākin ẓalamū anfusahum famā agnat ‘anhum ālihatuhumul-latī yad‘ūna min dūnillāhi min syai'il lammā jā'a amru rabbik(a), wa mā zādūhum gaira tatbīb(in).
Kami tidak menzalimi mereka, tetapi merekalah yang menzalimi diri sendiri. Maka, tidak bermanfaat sedikit pun bagi mereka sembahan yang mereka sembah selain Allah saat siksaan Tuhanmu datang. (Sembahan) itu tak lain (justru) hanya menambah kebinasaan bagi mereka.
And We did not wrong them, but they wronged themselves. And they were not availed at all by their gods which they invoked other than Allah when there came the command of your Lord. And they did not increase them in other than ruin.
